The 2030 Vision of Relational Value

Vision is defined as the ability to think about or plan the future with imagination or wisdom. Our vision is to help develop Relational Value Companies, Leaders, and Guides who understand, at their core, the importance of creating and delivering Relational Value. The vision behind the Relational Value Organization is what our members refer to as the “Mountain of Value” as noted in the sketch here. It’s amazing how our vision has become our reality! A visual acuity of 20/20 is considered “perfect vision” and we aim to fulfill this vision by 2030. Our mission to help leaders, companies and organizations lead the Relational Value evolution by delivering more value to all stakeholders and raise the economic standards within all of our communities. 

The Relational Value Evolution Vision has been accelerated today, as we are ALL in the middle of one of the most transformational periods of time in the last 100 years with respect to our careers, our companies and the future of our economy. As COVID-19 has invaded our way of life, the entire world has been provided with a revelation of what relational value could look like. We all are now able to envision what the world could be like and should be like. We have also been reminded of what much of the world really is. We ALL have the opportunity to reach a new vision, and we think it could become the majority by 2030. 

As an RVO member you will learn about how the Relational Value Mountain vision came to be and all the context it provides. The concept has grown into the Relational Value framework for our: tools, programs, maps, processes, plans, insights and community. Essentially, everything we believe in and provide our members can be found on the “Mountain of Value.” The “Mountain of Value” story is a simple way to share our story and a huge reminder to all of us that visions can become a reality - because ours has become a reality. For our 2030 Vision to become a reality, we need you to join us, but you will have to make a choice:

1) You can ignore the notion of Relational Value and act as if nothing is changing in our economy.

2) You can fight the idea of Relational Value and follow the same thinking of the past 100 years.

3)   You can watch it all unfold and see if creating and delivering Relational Value sticks.

4)   You can embrace Relational Value, lead it and help transform your own company. Some of you may even lead your industry and provide the foundation for generations to come.

The greatest opportunity is now, because the greatest need is right now!

Our mission is to help you and your stakeholders climb higher on the Mountain of Value! We will help you achieve your vision through personal development, growing your Relational Leadership IQ and providing strategic insight needed to help you lead your company. Today, being relational is no longer just an option, it is critical that we ALL create and deliver Relational Value for all stakeholders (team members, employees, customers, clients etc.) to grow our economic and personal well-being. Relational Value has always been at the core of who we are. Today it must become a part of what we do. We are in the midst of the greatest opportunity of our generation for Relational Leaders and Relational Companiesto lead the next evolution of growth in our economy!
